Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: All major credit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner’s Club, and paypal.

Q: Is my credit card automatically charged when I submit my order?
A: No, credit cards are not automatically charged when placing your order. The credit card information is not stored on the web server, for security purposes all credit card and billing information is stored at the Nature Pure Labs fulfillment center in New York, from where all orders are processed and credit cards are charged. 

Q: How long does an order typically take to arrive?
A: Orders are shipped primarily via USPS or UPS which usually arrive within 3-7 days depending on the destination. P.O. Box addresses or Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada orders are shipped exclusively by USPS and can take 8-12 days to arrive.

A: Orders are received 7 days a week and are processed Monday through Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm by email, voicemail, messaging or fax.
